Im kinda new to this relationship stuff. your advice is appreciated?

so i have been dating girls for the last year and half. i haven't really connected with anyone, so i haven't really been getting my hopes up. then about a month ago, i get a message from this girl online, saying i want to get to know you, along with other things. so basically we have been talking everyday since then. first it was emailing back and forth, IMing, and now texting. we text almost 24/7 and we talk on the phone for a long time. we met up once this past week and things went pretty well. i was supposed to take her out over the weekend, but something came up. here's the thing she is fresh out of college and im finishing my last year. she has a f/t job, but she is looking elsewhere for something that will satisfy her career goals(which could mean out of the area). i know it's early to say that she's the one, but i really do want to have a ltr with her. so what can i do? i don't want to get 2 involved only to find out she will be leaving.Im kinda new to this relationship stuff. your advice is appreciated?

Is she looking for a long term relationship? or just a short term romance before she takes off. Either way, just talk to her.
