Advice on the job relationship with coworker?

They key thing is to keep your personal relationship with your coworker separate from your work relationship with him.





Try to not talk about your personal relationship with him with your other coworkers. If you can keep it a secret. It's not that you have anything to hide it just avoids from things such as rumors, drama or bias and especially others prying into your personal life.





While at work ACT like coworkers, I know it's hard, but it's the best thing to do and whatever you want to do to or with him can wait till you two are off work.





If you two fight don't bring it to work, don't let the tension lie there. It makes it awkward for you and your other coworkers.
