Any advice for a 10 plus yr relationship?

Ive been with someone for 10 plus yrs, we have 2 3yr olds the relationship sucks we have tried breaking up, detailed talks etc. but this isn't going to work does it really make sense to break up or should i just wait until my 2 girls grow up i feel like he's doing his own thing on the side and i quit caring before i get myself in trouble, any suggestionsAny advice for a 10 plus yr relationship?
