Advice: Please answer relationship question below?

Hi, I like this guy and he likes me because my friend who noes him tells me so....but she doesnt want to hook us up because she says he has a player reputation and that wen he gets out of the phase she will....my other friend says to go ahead because by then he might forget about me and he could choose to have a long lasting relationship with you because he already chose to like you instead of the many girls that he can easily choose from who like him. I see potential in him too....but the question is should i wait or should i not..are the chances better for me to havee a decent relationship if i wait for him to mature or at least work it out together if we both like each other...Please help. darlin, just tell him how you feel, and be gentle. let him know that you like him, and wanted him to know that. then its out there and then just see what happens. good luck.
